Student Veterans of America, is a 501 non-profit organization focused on addressing the needs and concerns of American military veterans in higher education. SVA is best known for being an umbrella organization for student veterans' groups that advocates for improvements in veterans educational benefits.

Student Veterans of America Purdue Northwest chapter opens the doors for countless networking opportunities to major corporate organizations that are highly eager to hire Veteran Students.

Student Veterans of America Purdue Northwest chapter helps aid and provide information to student veterans, enlisted veterans, and veteran's family members on financial benefits they have acquired from their service.

Lastly, Student Veterans of America Purdue Northwest chapter helps drastically with the transition from military to student. We strive on creating a healthy "Green Zone" for all members of our Chapter. A positive mental health environment is key for veteran support transitions from military back to civilian life.
