Unpacking Men's Mental Health with the Psychology Club

Join the Psychology Club in dismantling stigma and opening conversations regarding the mental health struggles men face that aren't freely discussed as much as they should be. The Psychology Club would like to provide a comfortable and fun space for students to vocalize their own experiences and feel seen and heard by their peers.

Attendees are encouraged to come with an open mind, and to be engaged with the conversations that take place, while participating in a fun activity!

We will have temporary tattoo markers, so get creative and expressive! Maybe you have a meaningful design you want to do, or maybe some affirming phrases you want to write, or maybe you just want to draw something silly on a friend! We encourage you to interact with other attendees, to facilitate conversation while participating in the activity together.

Snacks will be provided!
