Greetings forensic students and enthusiasts. Yesterday we had Sgt Gonzalez from the Hammond police in to speak with our death investigations class about his career and perspective on policing. We had a near capacity audience in GYTE 240 with great questions that sparked some interesting commentary. I hope those of you who made it enjoyed the talk.
Through the rest of October and November, we have some more speakers coming, and you are all invited to sit in if you would like. All I ask is that if you are not in Death Investigations or Evidence Handling and are planning to come that you let me know in case I need to get a bigger space. (Charles Steele, Forensic Science Coordinator: 312-208-1479 – please text and include your name.)
The talks will be on Mondays at 3:30 in GYTE in 232 unless otherwise posted.
