The First-Gen Trek brings together 20 first-generation Purdue University Northwest students from a variety of academic majors for a unique opportunity to explore careers, develop professionally, and build lasting connections.

Selected students will:

Visit employers and learn about career opportunities
Participate in professional and personal development activities
Connect with fellow first-generation students from across campus
Enjoy a fun and engaging group experience in downtown Indianapolis
Receive transportation, lodging, and group meals at no cost

This experience is designed to help first-generation students expand their networks, strengthen their confidence, and discover new possibilities for their future.
