About Us

The purpose of the Black Student Union (BSU) is to provide encouragement and support for academic and social growth at Purdue University Northwest. BSU provides an organized collective structure that defines, protects and develops the interest of Black students. It seeks to enlighten the entire university community and to share its commitment, talent and strength. To this end, BSU engages in discussion groups, social gatherings and service activities and invites any PNW students to join, regardless of race, creed or ethnic origin.
